The NZMSJ publishes a monthly spotlight post of one New Zealand medical student who has been nominated for doing something exceptional related to research. This can include being involved in a cool project, presenting at a conference, publishing a paper or winning a research award.
We will randomly select one person who has been nominated to be awarded a prize as a token of their awesome work. The prize is a suturing kit kindly donated by the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Any student who has previously been nominated will remain on our list of nominations for subsequent months. We thank our generous sponsor The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons for donating the prize!
