From July 2020, the NZMSJ will do a monthly spotlight post on one NZ medical student who has been nominated for doing something awesome related to research. This can include being involved in a cool project, presenting at a conference, publishing a paper or winning a research award.
We will randomly select one person who has been nominated to be awarded a prize as a token of their awesome work. The prizes include coffee vouchers, a gift voucher for a personalised name badge by Catherine's Creations, a suturing kit from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a stethoscope from Medisave or Medshop. Any student who has previously been nominated will remain on our list of nominations for subsequent months unless they have already graduated when their name is selected. We thank our generous sponsors (listed above) for donating these prizes!
